My local business partners are a part of our team. They want the sale or puchase of your home to be as succesful as you do and are committed to making the process seemless for you.

KNOWLEDGE of the area. Having been in the first responder field for over 28 years in Livermore I know all of the ins and outs of every neighborhood in town. This is far more than just knowing sales prices. This is more than knowing the statistics that anyone can find online. This is knowing all the details that a prospective buyer would want to have knowledge of prior to buying your home.

Additionally, I am a HIGHLY SKILLED NEGOTIATOR. I have training and experience through my previous career in law enforcement in neogtiations that other Realtors simply don't have. I am trained in reading people and determining their itnentions. I have experience negotiating with people in order to achieve the outcome that I need to occur. My ability to persuade others and negotiate in a way to get the desired end result benefits you from the beginning to the end of the home sales or buying process. I am skilled in how best to talk with all potential buyers and agents to make the process better for you.
